"Staff was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately only some could English which was difficult sometimes. There was a PC to use. Breakfast was simple Indonesian style but very good. The room was not as clean as we expected it for that price category. The “worst” thing was that the room did not have a window, which was a little depressing! "

"First of all, it was little difficult to figured out about check in, we had to wait for someone to check us in. Then we had to move to different tower due to the room we supposed to stay had some problems.
We also couldn’t use the stove. The person checked us in, said “it doesn’t work” Not sure why the pictures showing that this room came with the stove if we couldn’t use it?
Condition of the apartment is very poor, one of the door on the cabinet fell when we opened it and bathroom is dirty.

Me han puesto en un habitacion con baño compartido no tv y me han dicho 10.000 rp por alquiler una toalla. Cuando les he dicho y enseñado mi reserva me han dicho q el hotel es completo pero van a recompensarme para la primero noche y puedo cambiar para la segunda. En fin. El habitacion no esta mal y bastante tranquilo"
