"From check in to check out the staff were friendly and pleasant. It happened that the power went out (due to weather)in the morning prior to us having breakfast but they offered us free coffee and we waited to see if the power came back on but it didn't. We did visit with some of the staff who were all so nice. Our room was excellent and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. "

"I wasn't aware that when I checked in after reserving rooms through Expedia that as of June I would still need to provide a credit card for the security deposit. We were here on a family emergency at the HSC and was told we would not be able to go home at least for the night.
