  • Beautiful apartment in cala Sant Vicenç, with room for 4 guests and just 500 metres away from the beach.
    This apartment is perfect for those who love nature since it is surrounded by beautiful views to the mountains and a forest area and it's only 500 metres form the paradisaical beach of Cala Sant Vicenç. So, you can enjoy your vacation at the wonderful furnished terrace, having breakfast alfresco or lunch under the awning. Then you can head to the beach and spend the day amid crystal-clear water.

    Inside, this first floor, without a lift, surprises with an open plan combining the kitchen with the living room and dining room. You are sure to enjoy preparing your best recipes on the ceramic hob, eating or dining together and relaxing on the sofa with a good film on satellite television. There is air conditioning in this room and in the two bedrooms of the house. Both bedrooms have two single beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, space for a cot and high chair, and a terrace. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub for the entire house. Finally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

    Cala Sant Vicenç is a family residential coastal area near Pollença and located between the mountains. You will find a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants there. It boasts 3 dream-like coves: Cala Carbó, Cala Molins and Cala Clara. For more services and interesting visits, like a golf course, we recommend you go to Pollença, only 10.5 km away.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Vor allem der Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen, groß und gemütlich. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Team von Homerti war freundlich und schnell. Also wirklich zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung war super schön

Die Wohnung war super schön, vor allem die Terrasse. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, nur die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen, man spürte jede einzelne Feder. Der Kontakt mit Homerti war super schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

We had a lovely stay.

An amazing location, perfect for a family stay. Peaceful, 2’ away from the beautiful beaches. The house has everything you need. We loved the patio for our morning coffee rituals. The house is extremely clean and kept in a very aesthetic condition. Has an “underground” parking spot which is great if you are renting a car. The area feels super safe and its a bit outside of the busy/ noisy/ touristy. Big plus! I was sceptical about scanning my docs and all but Homerti was super straightforward, very helpful and responsive within minutes. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Sehr entspannt. Wir wären liebend gern noch länger geblieben. Zu erwähnen ist unbedingt, dass wir nach einer leicht verkorksten Anreise mitten in der Nacht einen Kühlschrank mit frischer Milch, Wasser, Brot, Käse und Wurst vorfanden!!! das war ein Traum für uns alle!! Vielen lieben Dank!! beim nächsten Mallorca- Urlaub werden wir auf jeden Fall als Erstes schauen, ob die Unterkunft verfügbar ist.

Großzügige Unterkunft - tadellose Abwicklung

Schöne große Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock mit großzügiger Terrasse unweit vom Strand. Wir haben 5 Tage dort verbracht und uns immer wohler gefühlt. Abends und nachts im Oktober sehr, sehr ruhig - trotz zentraler Lage. Der Straßenlärm am frühen Morgen ist überschaubar und wird durch den günstigen Preis mehr als wettgemacht. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
