Very bright penthouse, recently renovated, on the fourth floor and on the beachfront in the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença. It consists of large semi-covered terrace, with wooden parquet floor and outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views offered by the bay. The modern design apartment and wooden floors consist of an open, fully equipped kitchen, a room with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a large shower space. It has very modern furniture with hot / cold air conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the center of the Port of Pollença. Ideal for couples. Dont have a lift. No parking

This apartment is in a stunning location. We were lucky to spend 4 weeks there. The interior is lovely, full fitted kitchen, lovely walk in shower within large bathroom. Great sized rooms for 2 people staying. The outside terrace is one of the best views you will get. There is lovely seating areas. Host was great with information before we arrived & for check out. We didn’t need her for anything duration our stay as never an issue with anything.

This was our second stay at this fabulous apartment. Communication was excellent before and during our stay and we were once again made to feel very welcome by Maria. The location is perfect with everything you could need on the doorstep but also the privacy and peace of an exceptional outdoor terrace high above Pine Walk when you want it. The apartment is very well equipped throughout and I’m sure we’ll return in the future.

Amazing apartment, ideally located with amazing views from gorgeous balcony. Bit of a hike up the 4 flights of stairs but well worth it for the quality of the apartment and fabulous views.

Stunning apartment with panoramic views

The apartment internally is furnished very tastefully and has everything one could wish for. However the terrace and panoramic views are what gives this apartment its WOW factor. The terrace furniture is very comfortable and at any time of the day you can find a shaded area to sit and relax. The apartment is located right on the front with the beach a few steps away from the main entrance to the apartment. It also has a very wide selection of beautiful restaurants and bars within close proximity, however we were not disturbed by any noise from these establishments. Maria and Manuel welcomed us when we arrived helped carry our luggage up the stairs and also checked in with us during our time there which was very much appreciated. This really is a Jewel in the Crown on Puerto Pollensa’s sea front!

Beautiful apartment, Wonderful stay

Maria and Manuel met us on arrival and helped with our bags. Showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, and were really helpful. Beautiful, well-equipped apartment, with breath taking views over the beach and port. Would definitely stay again.

Alles wie gehabt - Tolle Wohnung, traumhafter Blick

Es gibt nicht viel zu Schreiben. Die Wohnung ist klasse, der Blick und die Terasse traumhaft. Das Mobiliar dürfte etwas bequemer sein und die Bettmatratze ist zu weich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria ist absolut top. Gerne kommen wie wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohng!Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts! Sehr gepflegt, moderne Einrichtung. Ein großes Badezimmer mit einer tollen Dusche. Bequeme Betten und natürlich ein unbezahlbarer Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca. Der etwas beschwerliche „Aufstieg“ in den 4. Stock (66 Treppenstufen) lohnt sich allemal!

El mejor sitio en que me he alojado.

Este alojamiento es insuperable, y lo digo literalmente. Viajo mucho y he estado en muchísimos alojamientos y este supera a todos de lejos. Todo estuvo perfecto. La terraza y la vista que tiene es magnífica e increíble. La localización es excelente y el apartamento esta hecho con muy buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario. La atención de Maria fue excelente. El único problemita que tiene , es que no tiene ascensor y es un cuarto piso. Pero el apartamento bien vale la pena subir los 4 pisos a pie. Sin ninguna duda, me volvería alojar aquí.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apartment. Maria couldn’t have been more helpful with excellent communication and check in. The views are fantastic, the apartment is well equipped, and was very clean. An excellent stay all round.

Lovely stay great view nice apartment

My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks

Fabulous Balcony!

We loved our stay here & especially loved the friendly hosts. Meeting them & all of their help was much appreciated. The air conditioner in the living room was not working correctly & they addressed it right away. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy in the mornings & late afternoons/evenings. Very nice to have a washing machine as well. Beautiful design details. Everything was very clean. Made several day trips around the area. The only thing we would change was the memory foam topper bed, but that is personal preference. We were sad to leave. Thank you to the gracious & warm hosts! Hope to return again.

Fantastic apartment

A first class apartment in a great location which truly lived up to expectations. As the previous reviews outline the space, quality and facilities are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped and the outdoor living space is brilliant. Maria thoughtfully ensured there were drinks waiting for us on arrival (much appreciated) and she was excellent at communicating and checking in throughout the holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this apartment in the future.
