"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Amazing stay. A newly renovated building and everything is immaculate. Friendly front desk staff. The 1 bedroom settup was very spacious, and we definitely made good use of the washer/dryer and kitchen area. Walk to Giza was not bad, and lots of small markets only a block or two away. "

"The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend."

"Great location. Convenient to everywhere. Very close to Ginza. Clean and neat room with massage chair. Room a bit small, but everything else is great! Strongly recommend!"

"Location was walking distance to Tokyo Station and there is an underground mall that that connects between the station and the Hotel with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and in the evening they served snacks. "

"The hotel is very accessible to many areas. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby."

"We Were given rooms facing the train tracks. The trains run from 5AM to 12 midnight.We asked the hotel to change our rooms to the other side but they refused and instead sent ear plugs to us. They then asked 7000 yen per night for shifting our rooms to the non train tracks side which I refused . "

"The level of care and thoughtfulness for their guests is commendable. From providing hygeine and skincare products, to heating pads for pain. The room was very clean and neat, the bathroom as well. I would recommend them over and over again. 10/10"
