Your family will gather at the kitchen island or by the pool, to the walk-out patio as they get ready for the beach just four short blocks (5-7 min. walk) away. House includes 6 beach passes. Spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in both family room and master bedroom. House is spacious to enjoy fun time on those unexpected rainy days. Driveway can accommodate up to four cars and plenty of free parking available on the street! Short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and ice-cream! This property is also a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars in town (inland). Your family will love this house!

This home was perfect for our family! The house is modern and clean, has all needed amenities, is in a great location and has a lovely pool. There are plenty of chairs for lounging poolside as well as eating outdoors around a table. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We are planning to return next. year. Loved it!!!!

Our family summer trip

Every year we rent a house with our 3 kids & spouses and grandchildren. We are a total of 12, 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. We enjoyed our trip very much. Beach during the day and loved coming back to relax by pool.

Daughter Sweet 16

I could not be happier with our stay. I rented house for my daughters sweet 16 and she had the best time!!! No better confirmation when her and her friends says “this was the best ever”!! Was a perfect, special couple of days.

Beach get away

The house was amazing. It is decorated with all beachy motive As soon as you enter the house, you feel calm and relaxed. The pool is heated and delightful. We will definitely stay again. The host was extremely responsive.

Fantastic family stay

We had a great week in point pleasant. The house is very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5, and even allowed space for visitors one night. The pool and lawn are amazing and were used daily. My husband and I had to work a bit which was very doable using a couple different areas on the main floor. Proximity to a beautiful private beach and to the boardwalk is great. Only negative is the sound of the trains passing by but we got used to it.

Wedding Weeked

Omg this house & family could not have been more perfect for me & my husbands wedding weekend at The Lobster Shanty in Pt. Pleasant! My husband's bridal party stayed at the house with their wives. My husband spent our wedding morning getting ready with all his friends at the house. The house was spacious and just perfect. The host could not have been sweeter, even texting me on my wedding day to congratulate me. Location was perfect and backyard was great! We plan to come back next summer with our families :)

Retirement Family summer vacation

This vacation was everything I hoped it would be. The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, great kitchen, Room to have family dinners in dining room or grilling out alongside the pool. Located 4 blocks from the beach. It was a nice walk but also plenty of parking near the beach. The pool was perfect. Plenty of floating devices to just relax. Our host, Gina was very quick to answer any questions we had and I felt she really wanted to make sure our stay was a most enjoyable one. She succeeded.

Can’t wait to return!

We just returned from our second time vacationing at this beautiful home. We have created so many great memories with our family here. I can’t say enough about what wonderful hosts Gina and Paul are. They truly care about the experience of their guests and go the extra mile to provide a wonderful experience for everyone. Easy beach vacation

Immaculate, very well-appointed home in a wonderful location. If you’re looking for an upscale beach vacation with a private pool, this is your place. G made the check-in so easy, the house is a short walk from all the action and the pool is a sanctuary.

This property was exactly as advertised! Clean, great host and well stocked! We really enjoyed the outside area and pool. Beds were comfy and lots of closet space. It really felt like home for our 2 week stay.

Fantastic beach house!

Our family just had a fantastic vacation at this Point Pleasant beach house. The house itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and so well stocked with beach chairs, pool floats, aluminum foil, trash bags, cleaning supplies (just in case), salt and pepper and more. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was in contact well before our stay giving us tips about how to get the most out of our stay. It was our first time in Point Pleasant but will not be our last!

Terrific beach home with a pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this home that is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The boardwalk, with rides and aquarium, was a short drive away. The house is modern, very clean, offered comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements for our group of eleven family members, plenty of towels and three bathrooms. The pool area was immaculate with both lounge and table seating. The large pool was the hit of the week for the three kids. We even had to invoke "adult swim" a couple of times - lol. Yes, the house is near the train tracks and the trains toot at the crossings, but it didn't bother us at all. Instructions for check-in/out, trash and other need-to-knows were well documented and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property for a fabulous Point Pleasant Beach experience.

Awesome Week in Point Pleasant Beach

5 bedroom home with pool in Point Pleasant Beach was beautiful and perfect for a large family. Includes beach badges with a short walk to the ocean and a private beach was very nice. The owners Gina and Paul are amazing and fantastic to work with. My wife and I and our large family really enjoyed this house and already have many found memories. We also had our Mom who is in a wheel chair and it was easily accessible for her. We will definitely be back next year!

Great location and great house

Everything from the location to the house to the host was great. Plenty of bath, pool and beach towels provided as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Description of home on listing was very accurate. You will hear the trains going by as the house is just one hone away from the tracks. The kids enjoyed hearing the trains. Pool was very nice. Would recommend this home.

Amazing house

A fantastic house and don't get me started on that pool!!!!! We spent every waking moment swimming and lounging by the pool. The 2yr old learned to swim in the pool. We had the best time ever!!!!

Excellent!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. It is was spotless! Tastefully decorated. Totally modernized. Pool was great to have for the kids and adults when needing a break from the beach. Owner was easy to reach, very informative with lots of tips about the area beforehand. House has so many amenities: plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. can easily walk to a few stores and a 5 minute drive to stop and shop! A good 10 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 minutes to boardwalk. Or a quick drive with street parking available. You can definitely here the train nearby but it did not interfere with our enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this “beach home” and hope to return again myself.
