Big beautiful 6 bedroom beach house with two large living areas, a game room (foosball, bumper pool table, wet bar) and an electric fireplace. Perfect for large family get away! Kitchen and dining area provide access to the newly built outdoor deck and pergola overlooking the backyard and large pool. The outdoor pool area is a relaxing oasis that includes, lounge chairs and umbrellas, conversation area with lounge sofa and chairs, dining tables & chairs for 10+ and a smokeless solo stove fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for summer night enjoyment with family/friends. New mini split air conditioner installed throughout the house.
The house is located across from Lake of the Lillies & only 3 blocks to the Ocean! (private beach access). Only minutes to Jenkinson's Pier and Boardwalk.
Included are 10 beach badges for access to the Elizabeth Carter private beach.

Only guests in the reservation will be accepted. Absolutely no parties or loud music. This is a family oriented neighborhood.
When returning from the beach, guests must use outdoor shower to remove sand prior to entering the home and the pool.

Everything was smooth. We had a couple questions upon arrival and immediately received answers (wifi is a QR code on the wall). The pool definitely isn't heated but the outdoor area is perfect for a large group.

Not sure if you received my message…freezer was frozen, and spill in bottom of fridge when we checked in ….only 1 side of toaster worked and I bought a cheap can opener as the ones there just wasn’t working well…We truly appreciate the amenities provided and all the clean linens! My only disappointment was the small kitchen and eating area! Especially for the amount of people that are able to stay there.

Great house - so many comfy beds!

This is a great house for a large family / group, there are so many bedrooms and comfy beds! This place had all the amenities we needed for our meals in and a dual coffee maker for drip or k-cups. A few big tvs, lovely pool and huge deck equipped with lots of places to hang out around the pool, the rolling stocked beach cart and bikes were a huge plus! The walk down to the beach isn’t too bad and a drop off with your load of stuff would be easy to do too. The train tracks are right against the property but it didn’t bother us at all and there were sound machines in the rooms nearest to the tracks which I thought was a great touch. I’d definitely recommend this spot for fun at Point Pleasant Beach.

Perfect Weekend - Point Pleasant Beach

My friends & I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was a little late for the pool & the owner agreed to keep it open one more weekend for us. The rooms were very accommodating & the deck was a perfect spot for an afternoon beverage & snacks. We all had such a great stay that we will definitely return the next time we meet at the Shore. Everything you need

Large comfortable property on a dead end 3 short blocks from a private beach. My family and I had a great time. We represented age groups from 10 all the way to 50 and everyone was comfortable and had a blast. The house is spacious and clean but the backyard was the prize for me. Plenty of seating around the huge in-ground pool as well as a fire pit. Everything you would need to hang outside. The house is near the NJ transit tracks though that wasn’t a bother at all.

Fun Family Vacation

We enjoyed a very relaxing and fun 7 night stay. The pool, patio area and downstairs game room provided hours of onsite entertainment. We had a large group of 12 (3 families with young adult children, our dad and a small dog). We found the location to be very convenient to both beach and boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and the house was decorated nicely. Kitchen was small but had all the essentials. (only thing I really missed was a larger sized fry pan) We found the stairs from the rear deck going to the pool area pretty steep but one can choose to access the pool area from the downstairs game room too. The property management group was very responsive and the neighborhood itself is very family friendly. As others have mentioned, we needed to adjust to the proximity of the train and also the road noise from across the tracks,(to be fair, we are used to living in a more rural area) That being said, I would rate this property highly and we really had a great time.

Terrific House!

We loved this house! Plenty of bedrooms for all of our family. Close to the beach. The pool and the outdoor area were fabulous. The house manager was excellent. We had a small problem with the bathtub and he got a plumber to come on Sunday morning to fix it! We had a great week.

Lovely week at the shore

Decent house. Smaller than expected. Beds comfortable. Could upgrade towels. Kitchen very very small. Train does pass house hourly but you habituate quickly. Pool is beyond wonderful. Very large and truly the highlight of the house. Only 2 blocks to the private beach. All in all a very nice week. Would recommend owners upgrade kitchen and swap out old dishes and utensils. There were 4 forks. Kitchen generally a disappointment. Would also recommend softer lighting over dining table and entryway. Like an operating room. We unscrewed several bulbs to reduce intensity. Also, 2/4 advertised bikes were inoperable. This all being said… come for the POOL, POOL, POOL.

Point Pleasant Beach House

The property was very spacious. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 4 children. The living room was a little crowded if we all wanted to watch tv together and there were only 5 chairs at the table. The kitchen was cramped although very well stocked. The outside area made up for some of the interior shortcomings. The pool was great and there was plenty of room for everyone outside. It was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk close by. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Great stay overall.

Poorly maintained home, algae filled pool, family vacation ruined

We did not have an good experience staying at this property. We rented the home for the proximity to the beach and the pool, as advertised in the listing. When we arrived to the property, the pool was FILLED with algae. We called the property owner to let him know, he did not come until day 3. His pool company told us the water was safe to swim in. We took the water to Leslie’s pool store who stated the problem would not be resolved unless the pool was drained and chemicals were rebalanced & the pool was UNSAFE to swim. The levels of the pool lead for unsanitary pool conditions. The pool issue was not resolved during our stay and we ended up having to fight for a partial refund for our stay AND had to leave early. Amongst other issues, we had a kitchen sink leak, the backyard flooded in the rain, mold in the shower, and the home had a musty smell in the garage & basement which traveled to the bedrooms above. When we arrived to the home, it was filthy and the owner stated that the cleaning ladies vacuum broke. Again, not our problem. My nieces and I had to mop and sweep the entire house. Initially the property owner stated we would get a 50% refund for every night we did not have the pool, but then we found out that it would only be 50% of his profits minus the VRBO service fees. We were very unsatisfied with our stay and expected a significant refund for our troubles. I spent half of my vacation on the phone with the property owner and VRBO and it was not relaxing at all.

Close to the fun

The location is very nice - close to beach and easy to get into town and to boardwalk. Outdoor shower is fantastic. All facilities clean and as advertised. Don’t stress about the train - it isn’t annoying at all. First, if you have AC on and windows closed you do not hear it. If you are at the pool, you hear it but it is quick. No whistles at night and never woke us up. It isn’t a big deal unless you make it one. Go on vacation and have fun!!

Absolutely amazing pool!

We loved the very large pool for doing laps. Probably more than a 7 minute walk to the beach but doable. With so many bedrooms our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to sleep and the basement playroom compensated for the small living room upstairs. Plenty of outdoor eating and seating space. The train was a bit of a bother, but not the end of the world. Excellent cancellation policy and pets allowed.

Family Cellibration of 50th anniversary

We were very happy with our stay in Point Peasant Beach! Accessibility (3 block walk) to the beautiful ocean beach and backyard swimming pool was a perfect choice for our family. The property was perfectly clean and decorated with care.

The pool!!!

You won't find a better pool: wide steps that made a wading pool for the youngest, nice shallow end with buoys to mark division, great deep end for swimming, floating, diving, and lights all around for night swimming. Management - very fast response to questions, plus when we told them some of the buoys were broken, they replaced them immediately. Five-burner grill and outdoor seating with shade umbrellas for all. Four cushy lounge chairs and 8 Adirondacks too. House - Beds OK but could be better, Rooms fit our 3 generation, 11 people perfectly. Note: the end bedroom can only be accessed by going through the third bedroom. This would have been awkward for us if our 12th had come. Game room with foosball and large TV was perfect for down time for the kids 6-10. Coffee lovers - the listing says "Keurig", but it's a duo - Keurig on one side and 12-cup drip on the other. Currently the filter basket on the drip is missing, but I told management so I'd expect it fixed soon. Walking distance to ice cream, beach (passes were plenty), and while we drove to boardwalk, it's only a mile so walkable if not too hot. PSA: This was our first Jersey Shore rental, so this is probably standard, but we didn't realize we needed to bring shower soap, hand towels, TP, dishwasher tabs. It would be helpful if these details were noted in the welcome email or better yet, provided. It made for a grumpy start. We all had fun!!

Outstanding Home

Home location and layout was great for the family. Large backyard with a fantastic pool and plenty of top notch furniture to accommodate everyone in the family. Jennifer is responsive and eager to make one’s stay the best you could expect. The home and property were spotless.

Sleeps 12 but seats 6. Maybe provide some folding chairs. Prefer central air. Would have liked more tv's for kids and adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Bikes were a nice touch. Pool was great, used it every day. Beach was a bit far for elderly parents. Boardwalk...had to drive.

Wonderful family vacation

Had a beach week with our family (4 adults 6 kids). House was bigger than pictures/description. Pool was amazing. Well controlled temperature throughout house with window units. Only has 8/10 beach badges for our week but property manager very responsive to make sure this wasn’t attributed to us. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Great summer getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Rental came with beach passes to access a private area of beach down the street. Property also had a pool and nice pool deck with bonfire pit, large table, nice lounge chairs, and great lighting. The beach access and the pool sets this property apart from other choices! 6 bedrooms in the house, but to get to 1 of them you must walk thru another. We had 2 families staying here and the 2 downstairs bedrooms allowed some separation and gave each family a little sense of privacy. While towels and linens were provided, it was only a bath towel per person, so guests should know to bring beach towels. If you like soft mattresses, you're in luck! But if you prefer firm, this was a downside. All in all, however, we really enjoyed this property and Point Pleasant Beach and would return here again!
