Great Location but ants are a problem

The house is very modern and the location is amazing with a beautiful beach across the street. The main issue was there are tons of an ants in the house. We kept the house as clean as possible and free of crumbs but still kept spotting them everywhere (even in the bedrooms). Also there was a bunch of food in the pantry and refrigerator when we arrived (which probably doesn't help the ant problem). Recommend the property manager be more proactive about managing the ant situation (install traps or spray regularly) and also have the cleaners remove all the food after each guest!

Fantastic location

The house is lovely - really good layout with bedrooms and bathrooms in a separate section through a door so no worries about early risers disturbing those who like to lie in! Great facilities in the house. The best thing is the location - just across the road from a quiet part of the beach. Our only issue was with ants so taking some ant spray is a good idea.

Amazing family holiday!

We loved our stay at this bach in Pohara! It was even nicer than the photos which says a lot. Great layout and had everything we needed! Kayaks and outdoor shower were a treat we didn't know about! Perfect location with a just a road to cross to the beach!

This is a 10/10 property. Beautiful new house, spotlessly clean, sunny, fantastic amenities, uninterrupted sea views and 1 minute walk onto the beach. It is a real find and I can't wait to return.
