You'll love to stay in this luxury and newly built five-bedroom villa with the spectacular sea view on the Stobrec bay.

It's fully equipped with all amenities you could possibly need for the perfect holiday.

Air-condition system is central, efficient and is connected to all rooms in the villa.

Pool is electrolysis based and have heat option too.

There's also an outside kitchen with a fireplace and sunbeds on pool patio.

We also have a large private gym, exclusively yours to use.

Villa is fenced and has two parking spots in the garage, and two parking spots in front of the entrance.

Living room has a large smart LED TV with satellite channels and two cozy sofas.

All five bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed and private bathroom.

Master bedroom has an exit to the large balcony with the spectacular sea view, which you can also enjoy while lying on the bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Four bathrooms have shower and one bathroom have large comfortable bathtub.

There is also separate toilet and washing room with two washing machines, iron and ironing boards.

You also get included clean linen, towels, hair dryers and high-speed Wi-Fi.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Podstrana is a tourist town located just 7 kilometres from the city of Split is situated at the foot of Perun, the slope of the mountain Mosor.

Enjoying the sea and beaches is one of the main assets of Croatian tourism, and the coast and waters of Podstrana are among the cleanest in Croatia.

The entire coast of Podstrana is tame and suitable for swimming, and has been groomed as one long (6-kilometre) beach in almost its entire length.

Beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails make Podstana a really attractive tourist destination.

Due to the excellent location of Podstrana (close to Split and Omis) there are really great opportunities to organize day trips organized by some of the local agency or an independent tour of the cultural heritage and natural beauty. Given their proximity definitely recommend an independent tour of Split, Salona, Klis, Trogir and Omis.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke outside on the patio and balconies.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender.

For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 30 min of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Bus station is 1 km away and coffee bars, restaurants are 5 min walking.

It's 10 min walking to the beach or few minutes by car.
