Perfect house for us!

We loved this house! It was super close to Kalahari, which made going back and forth to the convention center easy! Everything was fresh and clean.

Nice setup but......

Brown tap water and 2 chirping, broken smoke detectors were hard to take.

Needs a lot of improvement

This was a new listing but we took a chance. The good part is that the location is good and most of basic necessities were available. Best part was jacuzzi and firepit. HOWEVER… it is also almost unliveable. There is no central air and only 1 room has air conditioning… water turned brown and we weren’t sure if even safe.. because water is brown, toilet bowl went brown and disgusting!! The lower bathroom didn’t even have cold water so we weren’t able to use and all of us sharing one bathroom.. washer is NOT working.. i sure hope they fix all these specially the water as it is a good location and nice house but unlivable … but the worst part was i sent this all to the owner and let them know what is not working and it is very disappointing that there was no response until we left… i really hope the next tenants won’t have the same bad experience we had..
