Yet with the beauty and Amenities at this lovely home, you may not want to go anywhere else! The Pocomoke River stretches 66 miles from Southern Delaware through Southeastern Maryland. Teeming with wildlife, it’s the deepest water for its width in the entire United States, and the 2nd deepest in the world - 2nd only to the Nile River! And yes, it’s right here in our backyard. Famous for its freshwater fishing (Bass, Crappie, Catfish, and Striped Bass), it’s also the perfect place for kayaking, wake-boarding, water skiing, duck hunting, and more! And you’ll love its rich amber color, which comes from the Cypress Trees.

Case Del Rio sits on an expansive lot, right on the River Bank. With breathtaking Views, a Boat House, multiple Picnic Areas, and even a Fire Pit, it has all the makings of an unforgettable Family Vacation. Bring the Boat - you can tie up at your own Boat House!

Upon entering this one-of-a-kind Home, you’ll feel the workmanship and love that has gone into it. With gleaming Hardwood Floors and warm, inviting colors throughout, it truly is a home away from home. The Living Area is loaded with comfy furniture and a wall of windows to the water. You’ll love curling up here with a good book, or simply enjoying time together. There’s also a Half Bath just off the Living Area.

The Chef in your family will adore the well-equipped Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Granite Countertops, and rich Wood Cabinetry - mealtime will be anything but a chore. And you can dine in the spacious Dining Room, at the Breakfast Bar, or Al-Fresco either right on the River Bank or on the Riverfront Deck of the Boat House!

Casa Del Rio sleeps 8 more than comfortably in 3 Bedrooms and with 2 ½ Baths. The Master Bedroom is on the 1st Floor with a comfy King Bed, warm Traditional Furnishings, and Private Access to the Riverfront Deck. Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while the rest of your group slumbers. The Private Master Bath is perfect with both a Walk-in Shower and a Tub/Shower Combo. Also on the 1st Floor you’ll find the Laundry Room with a convenient Full Size Washer and Dryer.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 more Bedrooms and a Family Room. Kick back and relax with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV in the upstairs Family Room. Just off the Family Room is Bedroom 2, which has a Full Bed, lovely River Views, and is dressed in colors of sky and water. Bedroom 3 is just around the bend and has a Queen Bed, and a fun Nautical Feel to it. A 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared. Bedroom 4 has a Full Bed.
