"I was woken up at 12:30AM by the staff knocking on my door. Asking me who I was. Come to find out that the employee who checked me in forgot to "save it" in the computer. It was the employee who checked me in was the one asking me who I was. I had to remind him of the conversation we had when he checked me in before he was convinced he made the mistake. "Smelly, non smoking room smelled like smoke and air fresheners"

I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude"
