"We enjoyed our stay at Suncoast Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff, especially Summer, was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, one thing that disappointed us was the lack of a microwave in the room. "Great breakfast varieties clean rooms"

"Could not complain about this place! Staff was friendly and place was very clean. Love the pool!"

"It was non smoking and non gambling which made it low key which was nice. Staff were incredibly nice and genuine. The onsite restaurant had good food and amazing prices. If you’re spending most of your time at area 15 this place is amazing. It’s only 10 minutes from it and away from the busy strip which was exactly what we were looking for this time around"

It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...
