"We only had 2 towels to shower with. We put them out in the hallway when used and never got replacements. The lady morning we only had a hand towel to use. NO hairdryer. Have stayed at many hotels and this is the first one with no hairdryer!! Coffee was available only in a small cup. My husband had to repeatedly go downstairs for a refill. The many times we went in and out there was no one at the front desk. Not a very good security situation. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and will...

"Booked a double queen room and when I arrived and checked in the reception was good. Got to my room to walk into a King bed. I was with my 14 year old granddaughter for a volleyball tournament. I was Told they did not have any double queen rooms available. Why bother booking a double queen room if they can't accommodate what you pay and book for. Front desk told me that they could not put me in the room I booked."

"Clean room and friendly check in. Location is great.. the Valero gas station next door is one of the locations of “baker’s dozen “… the local amazing bakery. Best bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee ever at great prices. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot. I’ll stay here again"

"Very dated and messy .. hallways cluttered with supplies and trash .. discovered pretzels on the floor inside my room .. . Breakfast was cold , they didn’t have milk for the coffee."

"The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next...

"The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and outgoing, breakfast had a great variety of choices and very tasty. Oh, and the location is ideal. You can get to any (and there are a lot) of the areas attractions very easily and quickly. Overall it was a nice one night stay."
