"Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works."

The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"This is a very tiny room. They provide a wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach, which is close to a half a mile away. They all provide bikes. And a washer and dryer on site. Other than the room being so small this is a good location. But when I say small, I mean, maybe 150 total square feet for the entire space"

"The room was nicely decorated but the floors felt dirty, the curtains were also too long and they were dragging on the floor and collecting dust. The outside seating area was nicely decorated but there was no privacy, you were staring directly at 6 other rooms. The check in was terrible, that may have been an Expedia problem because I could not open the email they sent me. Check in was at a whole other property and we had a hard time finding where we were actually staying. When we called...

"My room was bug-infested; hardly any water came out of the sink faucet; there was no lamp; the deadbolt would not close; in five nights, no room service (toilet paper, change of towels, emptying trash) was offered or provided. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was not clean. I would never return."

"The room itself was fine other than the smell of mildew in the entire hotel …. The tv didn’t work the phone in the room didn’t work the towel had a big yellow stain just 1 of them. On first night fire alarm went off at 3am and woke everyone up didn’t shut off for 30 minutes false alarm … staff was rude"
