"Upon check in, the room looked clean and well appointed. Within an hour we started seeing ants! The front desk was told about the ants the next morning. We were gone the whole day and upon our return, our room had not been cleaned, trash taken out, extra toilet paper left, nor did we have clean towels. The front desk was called and everything was taken care of but the ants. We left early every morning and did not return until 4 or 5pm each afternoon. Same story. The front desk had to be called...

"Close enough to the action, but far enough away. Convenient location that allows you multiple choices for driving to Assateague in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and warm. Classic late 80s/90s beach vibe to the place which was exactly what I needed. The best sunsets, clean pool, and super cool hot tub room. I'll be back."

"On a positive note , the front desk clerk who greeted us on the evening was welcoming, friendly, efficient and appeared to be competent. She answered the few questions we had and bid us a good evening . Upon entering the assigned room we found it to be clean. Packets for coffee and tea, stirrers and sugar weee on the microwave, but no coffee maker in sight. Lamp on bedside table had a lightbulb ( but no lampshade! ). I’m a firm believer in giving credit with credit is due …. The lightbulb...

"The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The building is very out dated. Carpet was torn and dirty. Huge gap in the door so bugs etc can get in. Poop was clean and loved the free coffee and danish each day at the shop next door."

"Property is in an ideal location. Very clean. I was not a fan of the digital key, but there was an option to get a real key card.
Pool is lovely and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job. We stayed for 6 nights. Considering what we paid, it would have been nice to be allowed one room refresh by housekeeping during the week, which I requested but was told no. I was told to walk to the office for toilet paper/towels, etc, which is fine but considering what we paid, stocking enough toilet paper...
