This family friendly, luxury Plymouth Victorian first unit townhome includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6 people...all on the first floor. If you need more space, the second unit includes the second and third floors (see below for listing info). Highlights from our 5 star guest reviews: great location, super clean, comfortable.

Historic charm with high ceilings and large windows that makes the space very open and bright. It has all the modern comforts because it's been entirely remodeled and will be fully furnished. Open concept living room and eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counters is designed to provide ample space for guests to relax. We have new central air conditioner/heating systems and new high capacity water systems so that guests can set the temperature to what is good for them. Front porch provides a great location to hang out and watch the Thanksgiving Parade. In addition, there is ample off street parking. High speed WiFi and high definition televisions are provided for your convenience. In unit washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Lockbox provides for contactless entry.

We have been in the vacation rental business in Plymouth with HomeAway since 2011 and have excellent reviews and a track record that you can count on. Here are our other properties:

A little more about the location:

We are located in the center of historic Plymouth, America's 'home town'. The Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill and harbor area are just a short walk from our home. Also, within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the visitor's center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a very short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries.

Our vacation home is nestled in the center of historic Plymouth. It's a great location because it's also close to Nelson Recreational Park and Beach. Nelson Recreational Area has a beach, new 'splash pad' water play area for children, large playground, walking path, boat ramp, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. It is also a short drive to other local beaches like White Horse Beach, Long Beach, Priscilla Beach and Duxbury Beach. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful location for a vacation destination.

Terrific location and host in Plymouth

Our host was proactively available before and during our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs with 2 adult couples (older parents) attending a wedding. There is a bike/walking trail and the unit is very walkable to all things Pymouth. We really appreciated the laundry and extra bathroom in the basement. Thanks for a great week!

Ideal location / Stunning home!

This property was by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in over the past 12 years! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and endless amenities. The host was very helpful with suggestions for events and attractions. The location is walking distance to several places of interest, but peaceful and quiet. We would definitely book again!

Loved it! Just as advertised, easy check in and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the harbor. Enjoyed the lobster roll & fried lobster at the Lobster Hut. Captain John whale tours was our #1 top thing to do & best local tip was Market Basket for steamed lobster. Don’t miss the forefathers monument. Centrally located for our visits to Boston, Cape Cod, Hyannis, Cape Cod National Seashore and the cliff walk in Newport RI.

Great Location!

First off, this wonderful owner has a diffuser with the hairdryer!!!! As a curly girl who has spent way too many year lugging mine around this was so great to find!!! It is small touches that make all the difference and they really put the time into making you feel welcome! The property is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Well stocked kitchen (and the grill) for our meals, and we could walk right to the waterfront for restuaruants, ice cream, and entertainment! Great parking options as well so no stress there. I hope its available when we come back next year! Thak you for a wonderful stay!

We were all amazed of how beautiful this apartment was and the location it was the most beautiful vacation we have ever been on. And we go on several a year. Fabulous house and location

I cant sing the praises of Yara enough and how wonderful her place was and all the over and above things she did for us! The house has everything you need and then some. We had a lobster boil and she brought over extra supplies for us to use. She left us little treats one day and gave us fabulous advice of places to buy high quality items. We walked EVERYWHERE which was such a bonus. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it!!! Thanks Yara for your outstanding hospitality!

Outstanding

Yara is a fabulous and conscientious host. We had to cancel on two occasions once due to contractor woes and the other to weather conditions. Yara was most gracious and accommodating. The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The men enjoyed their stay. Located in the heart of historic Plymouth this home is perfect for a family vacation.

Great place for a family

Our family had an extended stay and the best part by far were Yara and her husband, Joe - who is amazing with kids. They were always quick to respond to any queries and helpful about goings on around town. We stayed in the bottom unit and it was perfect for 4 people. My kids loved the covered porch-which was perfect on rainy days. I loved the kitchen that had everything needed to make meals. And when we dined out, there are lots of a good places in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great well kept space

Very nice space which was well kept. Other than two roofing nails, one of which I stepped on in the driveway, we had a very pleasant trip. Great location in Plymouth Center, 2 mins from Nelson Park/Beach. Also mins away by foot or bike to Tavern on the Wharf, Lobster Hut and any other seafood you’d ever want. Personal favorite was 42 Degrees North.

Best one you're gonna find....

Book this house. Book it right now. I've searched hours on vrbo and looked at hundreds of places. This is the best of the best. It's clean, well-supplied, and in a fabulous location. The property owner is helpful and kind, and she's thought of every single thing you could possibly need to make your vacation perfect: fans, extra blankets, soaps, beach equipment, kitchen supplies-- it's all there, and everything is immaculately clean! The house is within a short walk of all sorts of great beach shops, restaurants, and the Mayflower II. The Pilgrims WISH they had landed in a place as good as this one in Plymouth! This is the best place you're going to find, so if there is an open week, snag it quick!

Beautiful House in America's Hometown

The house and the owner's hospitality went well beyond our expectations. Everything was very clean. The owner thought of just about every detail. My wife and I were over prepared with odds and ends. The owner was in the area and struck up a conversation with my wife. She could not have been more friendly and hospitable. There is so much to see and do in Plymouth and the surrounding area. We simply did not have enough time to see and do everything! Thank you to Yara for all that you have done in making our summer vacation one to remember!

Fantastic Property, Great Host, prime location…

This downtown Plymouth property is perfect for exploring and staying in the Plymouth MA area. The property is spotless, newly renovated, convenient (5 min walk) to all the restaurants and happenings in downtown/historic Plymouth MA, and has plenty of parking in the rear of the building. The host is attentive, communicates well, and is great to work with. Thank you Yara! Had family members stay for 12 consecutive days over the holidays and they couldn’t have been happier! Yara even decorated inside and out with oodles of Christmas decorations! Don’t hesitate, just book it, can’t go wrong.

Perfect for our get away

My wife and I were looking for a very last minute get away and Yara was more than accomodating. Check in was a breeze. The house is very well furnished. It was, by far, the best equipped place we have ever stayed....in fact we brought along all the usual things...from paper towels, cleaner, soap (dish, bath, laundry) none of which we needed to. The location was perfect, truly within walking distance of most everything. We were impressed by it all...from the owner to the house...to the location....and would easily recommend it to anyone we know.

Family reunion

I am originally from Plymouth and visiting for a family reunion. The location of the property is convenient to town and the waterfront.
