Escape to Forest Lodge, nestled amidst Skiddaw’s splendor.
"Lovely lodge unfortunately the oven was not working so needed to call out for help on our first evening but the man was very helpful and lined us a counter top cooker. No WiFi which I didn't realise when I booked which was a pain and the TV signal was glitchy."

Luxury lodge, Bassenthwaite,Nr Keswick, at the foot of Skiddaw.
"Overall the property was great, well prepared and fully equipped. WiFi was worse than expected with connectivity failing regularly both for TV and device. Couldn't get the EV charger to work, with nearest charging station in Keswick or Cockermouth. Staff were very helpful. Lovely Outlook and ..."
