On the Côte de Goélo, a few hundred meters from the beach of Port Lazo, book this spacious apartment with complete peace of mind. Endroit très reposant

Cet hébergement est bien équipé, spacieux, avec superbe vue sur le petit port de pêche depuis le salon salle à manger. Bémol, l'escalier pour chambre à l'étage est très raide et exiguë. Chambre du bas avec stores rouleaux pas aussi occultant que des volets roulants donc réveillés tôt. Sinon proximité avec la route des falaises et Paimpol puis le GR.Pour les amateurs d'huîtres, vente à La Cabane à huîtres à 1 km de la location. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle Bretagne à cet endroit très reposant où la locataire est à l'écoute.

SEHR SCHÖNE; MODERNE UND SAUBERE WOHNUNG, SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN

ANREISE: Vor Anreise erhält man einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe, da die Vermieterin als ambulante Krankenschwester berufstätig ist. Zum Empfang war eine Flasche Cidre und Bretonische Kekse in der Wohnung, sehr nette Geste. Vermieter spricht keinerlei Fremdsprachen, Vermieterin nur wenige Worte Englisch. WOHNUNG: Es handelt sich nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben um ein Ferienhaus sondern um eine Ferienwohnung. Im Erdgeschoss wohnen die sehr netten Vermieter. Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Ferienwohnungen. Diese sind jeweils über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Vor der Eingangstür ist ein nur ein ca. 1,8x1,8 m großes Podest das als Balkon dient. Dieser ist ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Klappstühlen. Mehr passt nicht drauf. Man schaut direkt auf die Straße. Von dort hat man keinerlei Sicht auf das Meer. Im 1. OG. befindet sich die Küche, das Wohn/Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 m) mit direktem Zugang zu einer Dusche mit Waschbecken. Weiter ein WC ohne Waschbecken und eine Dusche mit Waschbecken. Vom 1. OG aus erreicht man über eine steile und enge Wendeltreppe die offene Empore mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Treppe ist nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder und ältere Personen. Von der Wohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Der auf dem Bild abgebildete Tisch mit Bank im Gartenist nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage ob wir im Garten mit Blick auf das Merr einen Klappstuhl aufstellen dürfen bekamen wir leider eine Absage. Der Garten darf leider nicht mitbenutzt werden. AUSSTATTUNG: Die Betten sind bezogen, Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub braucht, insbesondere die Küche mit Geschürrspüler, Waschmaschine, Pulver-Kaffemaschine plus Senseo Maschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster und viele weitere Elektrogeräte. STRAND: Der Strand ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Er besteht aus groben Kieselsteinen. LAGE: Wer die Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ist hier bestehns aufgehoben. Auto unbedingt erforderlich, nächster Ort mit gut sortiertem Supermarkt in ca. 3 Km Entfernung. Dort findet Samstags auch ein Wochenmarkt statt. UMGEBUNG/UNTERNEHMUNGEN Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man den Küstenfern- wanderweg GR. 34 in drei Minuten. Wir konnten viele schöne Wanderungen unternehmen (Ile de Bréhat, 2 x vom Haus aus in beide Richtungen GR. 34, Granit Rose, Cap Frehel ‑ Fort La latte, Le Gouffre, Plougrescant, Cap d’Erquy, Sillon de Talbert, ....
