The phone didn’t work. The tv controller didn’t had batteries. There were no towels in the restroom. No soap so I had to go down to the lobby because the phone didn’t work. They told me that they didn’t give out shampoo only soap."

"The place was awful! Holes in the walls and floors, huge roach in the bathroom, mold and water stains everywhere...I would never subject my daughter to staying in these conditions. We refused to stay there after we were shown 3 different rooms and all were terrible. They refused to give us a refund bc we " missed the window" to cancel. Do. Not. Stay. Here. "

"The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. "
