"Orbit In is for anyone seeking a throwback to the mid century modern era. It is an older property with fairly basic amenities. Stayed in the Albert Frey room which had a fireplace, outdoor shower, and record player. Bed was comfortable. There is a cocktail hour by the pool. Staff was very nice. No breakfast included. There is a small hot tub and fire pit for winter nights. Great location and very walkable to most of downtown Palm Springs. "

"We had an amazing 5 night stay at Talavera Palm Springs. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff are incredibly professional and the grounds are like a Zen retreat. Amenities were excellent including coffee and cold drinks available night and day and well maintained bicycles to explore the surrounding neighborhoods. The property is on a quiet street but literally in the middle of the heart of Palm Springs. Our room was perfect...

"We LOVED this hotel and are already planning our return! The staff were so friendly and welcoming it made us feel instantly at home. The courtyard area is lovely - we honestly spent half our trip happily hanging by the pool. I adored the attention to detail - the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool has everything you would need to enjoy it, great snacks provided, etc. You just realllllly feel taken care of in a way I haven’t really felt at a hotel before.
