"The hotel was nice, check in was very easy and staff were friendly. I did have an issue with the connecting room, as the guests were very inconsiderate and forgot they were not at home but rather a hotel where people had to work the next day. "We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. "The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "

"The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. "

"We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice. "
