"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family"

"Great place, beautiful property in an awesome location. You can do easy hikes through the adjacent reserve, if you walk down the beach you’re in town within 20-30 minutes. Food and service were great and staff was on point throughout the stay. "

"A beautiful place to stay with extremely friendly and kind staff who treated us like family more than customers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfasts were healthy and satisfying. The coffee was perfect! Also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and many wonderful places to eat. We didn’t move our car once we had parked and enjoyed everything about the area. "

"Staying at Hacienda La Norma has been such a pleasure! From the beautiful, well-appointed and thought out rooms and property, to the great restaurant, beautiful pool, and, most importantly, the owners and staff that truly made us feel like family and looked out for our every need. This is not a soulless, corporate hotel chain, but an intimate and homey getaway situated on a gorgeous property and nature all around (seeing the howler monkeys was such a treat!). Horseback riding, ATV tours, and zip...
