Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort All Inclusive
The room was not cleaned. The bathrooms were filthy and the AC was not running properly. The beds were not sturdy enough to where most of the time they were making noise and the middle were sinking. We had to sleep on the corner to avoid further discomfort. The refrigerator in the room was not working ...

Not having wifi was inconvenient. The buffet did not have many choices. Staff is incredible. Very friendly.
