Woke up to find that the shower handle was broken. So no shower for us. When we brought it up to management they didn’t try to make it better or even offered an apology. $148, not worth it without a working shower. Grab and go breakfast bread and coffee. We will not be coming back!"

"We booked a Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for 6 of us in our family. We were given a room on the ground floor in a building far from everything (registration/lobby, restaurants, swimming pool, golf driving range, spa, shops, parking. That suite has an old & damp odor. The cologne we sprayed were able to mask the odor. We killed 7 spiders on our first night. So my daughter reported it to front desk first thing in the morning. Therefore, we were transferred to an upper level suite in a building...
