This was an absolutely stunning property. It's beautiful and clean and huge but not in a way that feels like a typical chain hotel. The pools are incredible, the view of the water and the harbor of Cavtat is great, there are multiple restaurant options that were really nice. We didn't eat dinner on site, we had lunch but the breakfast buffet was amazing. The food was delicious and the variety was really impressive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Dubrovnik. The town of Cavtat is beautiful and charming but doesn't feel overly touristy as opposed to Dubrovnik. It is ~30 minutes away and the only knock is that the cost of transportation from the hotel is very expense (70 euro each way for us). You can pretty easily use uber or bolt but we weren't able to because they don't offer carseats. You can also take a ferry easily to dubronvik which we did and it was really nice, you just can't get a return trip back on the ferry very late. We stayed here with our four year old and it was amazing, definitely family friendly but would also be an excellent hotel for an adults only trip.

The apartment allocated on arrival differed from the one presented in the listing photos. The host confirmed there are multiple units, including an upper-floor apartment with sea view which was not the one provided. Guests should clarify which specific unit they are booking to avoid confusion.
