Everything was wonderful. The food was truly amazing, and it’s an ideal hotel for enjoying a relaxing holiday without even needing to leave the resort. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The entertainment team was especially great and very fun. The beach is a bit small, but still very beautiful. Also, unlike Sharm El Sheikh, being able to easily enter the sea directly from the shore is a huge advantage. The pools were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend the spa and beauty salon. The gym is a little small, but sufficient. It’s not as massive as Steigenberger Alcazar, but it is just as comfortable and relaxing, with the added bonus of easy access to the sea from the shore. Special thanks to the reception team and all the staff for their kindness and support. We will definitely come back again.

My stay at Jaz Saraya Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I will definitely be coming back :)
