"Had an overnight stay at Mary Mount Hotel. Staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout stay. Dinner was first class and so well presented. Will definitely book sgain. Thank you."

"My wife and I had a fabulous 2 night stay. Our room was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was first class. The bar was a lovely place to relax after a long day walking. We would definitely return for another visit. I have only one observation to feedback, and its minor. The decor in our bathroom was tired and needs looking at. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but paint work and fixtures were beginning to show their age."

"My wife and I had a great stay at this property for a 4-day visit to the Lake District and could not have been happier. It's located on a quiet street of homes and guest houses, but is a short walk to the center of Keswick as well as my new favorite movie theater, the Alhambra Cinema, and our now-beloved local, the Dog & Gun Pub. It's also walkable to hikes at Skiddaw and Catbells. Our room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable with a nice bed for sleeping after an active day. Our...

"The Inn itself is lovely and great location, however there was no heating or hot water, and we checked in after getting caught in the rain on a long walk on a cold day so were really looking forward to a hot shower! There was no communication from staff about this, and no apology in the morning. Unfortunately this ruined what I’m sure would have otherwise been a lovely stay."

"An amazing location and room. Great breakfast and convenient to walkable and drivable Lake District attractions."

"Lovely clean room. Staff very friendly and informative about local attractions. Good choice of breakfast. Plenty of parking."

"Pretty average"

"Bonito hotel"

"Third time at the New DG. New management seems to be making a good job of it. The pie on the first evening was exceptional! Guinness is still top notch and the Langdale valley is hard to beat!"

"Buena ubicación "

"Regrettably our room number 6. Did not smell nice. It had the smell of old wet trainers. We did mention it and a room diffuser was turned on. Some of the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. The shower was head was not appropriate for the size of the shower causing flooding. The staff were lovely and theroom was clean."

"La ubicación es muy buena, en general el servicio bien, los cuartos son ya más bien antiguos pero recomiendo"

"Host was very friendly and helpful. He even packed a cakes for us when we checked out. Thanks."

"We arrived to a lovely friendly greeting from Suruchi, we were given a walk around of the property, offered information on things to do and places to go. We chose this as a central location that was dog friendly for the three of us to stay. Nice location, nice property and the room was clean and tidy. Would definitely use this property again on another stay in the lakes. Thank you for making our 4 night stay so memorable."
