"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"Very nice"

"Staff excellent in particular Nadine from reception. Unfortunately we stayed during a storm that caused problems in the areas around the hotel. Power cable came down near the entrance to the hotel grounds blocking the entrance. There was a separate entry via the golf club but a tree had gone down on the main road. Nadine did a great job keeping people informed on what was happening around the area and site. We have stayed there many times and the staff are always excellent."

"Hotel correcto"

"Staff were lovely"

"The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. "

"I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable. However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK."

"everything was fantastic and I have to give special thanks to Prince for his kindness and helpfulness. A 10 out of 10. Breakfast was really nice.. I will definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"A lovely gem in the country. Great for walker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted - no fuss. The food was excellent and great selection for breakfast. Well worth a visit. 👍"

"Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again."

"Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast."

"Muy buena experiencia en general. Gran lugar."

"Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff."

"Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference ."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times but not for about 3/4 years. We couldn’t believe how run down it has become. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Our sink in the bathroom had a crack in it, carpet had red stains on it. The doors in corridor were all scratched and the carpet was dirty. The chairs we sat in for breakfast were all peeling, although some of them had been replaced. Even the food was not upto much. Got told we would have to wait quite a while for the sausages as none...
