"our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

"Checking in took a very long time and then we were told our room wasn’t ready. Came back at 3 and it was still not ready. They said they will call us when it was ready in 10 mins but they never called me. We were traveling with 2 little kids, so we asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out all day. 5 hrs later and our room wasn’t ready not cleaned. My baby threw up on the bedding and we had dirty diapers waiting outside our door. We didn’t get fresh bedding until 6:30pm. I had to call...

"Location was great for walking to the nearby brewpubs and shops, easy access to walking trail. However, our room was facing Mission St and it was super noisy from cars driving by throughout the night and morning. They didn't have any rooms on the first floor so only floor was second floor. There were stairs to get out and let you out on the street, which was convenient with dogs, but door doesn't open from the outside so always had to go inside to get to room. All in all, it was fine, convenient...
