"0/5 do not recommend. They put you in a room without a working A/C and then refuse to switch your room and give you a refund. Their solution? You leave, suck it up without an A/C or if you keep complaining or call them stupid they will call the police. The night auditor and general manager deserve to be fired. How do you put a pregnant woman, a diabetic elderly woman, and 4 small children in a room without A/C? Horrible. Don’t book here. Read reviews. We’re not the first to experience this."

"Beware of the huge cockroaches! We were packing our things up from a short overnight stay, and as we were we saw a cockroach that was about 3 inches long crawl up our curtain and another crawling towards the desk in the room. I’m completely sick. They have not emailed me back or anything after spending $250 for the night?! Disgusted to say the least."

"I'll start with pointing out the best part of staying in this hotel 1) the pool is big and amazing for adults and kids! Just got to be careful with the big cockroaches wandering around the pool. and 2) the beach view is right in front of the hotel, as soon as you cross the street, you don't have to take your vehicle to find a parking spot.
The hotel has great customer service, everyone are so nice.
The breakfast is ok, it got what you usually can eat for breakfast.

"The peep hole in our door was missing, giving you a clear view into the room. The floor in the room was sticky in places and clearly had not been swept. A little over an hour before check out time we got on the elevator with a member of house keeping and was asked what room we were in and when we were “getting out”. I can forgive the coffee machine being broken at breakfast but the rest…100% avoidable"
