"Excellent service and amenities."

"Room was clean & parking is included which is nice however there were a few things in our room that could have been better during our stay. Water pressure in the shower fluctuated continuously, toilet did not flush well, & keurig machine was pretty dirty. It’s in a great location but parking lot is small. Overall, our stay was ok.."

"We arrived at our room with a pre- check in, so did not have the opportunity to see any staff from the property. Our room had been renovated, but apparently not finished, as we had a wall behind the bed that had not been painted and a light fixture was missing. The beds were not comfortable and the water pressure was terrible. Very disappointed in this hotel, as I had much higher expectations. The woman is the office was rude to my friend."

"This was our second time staying at the Victorian Inn. We enjoyed the proximity to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. Parking was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary wine and cheese reception and breakfast were a nice bonus."

"They put us in the handicap room so the bathroom was huge yet there was no vanity space. The floors were vinyl plank and it didn't seem cozy. But the bed was comfy"

"The service here was abysmal Front desk seems like they hate customers. I’ve never experienced such INhospitality (cold, rude, cruel) in the hospitality industry. The parking lot was seriously a problem. You’ll spend about 20 minutes just trying to get out and in because it’s so dense and packed. I figured out that if I didn’t back into my space during the day, there would be no chance I could get out. My rental car was damaged by another driver because of how small the parking lot was....

"The night person (man) at the front desk was so rude and very disrespectful. My teenage daughter was asking him a question and he was rude and dismissive. He was not helpful at all. Parking is a problem if you get there late, you’re going to have to park in the street. Breakfast was okay. The cleaning lady was so nice and friendly. Not staying there again though."

"As expected with many motels in the area, of course they are old so expectations are not high, but there was so much noise from the road. It sounded like elephants living upstairs, banging doors headlights coming in through the window not a great night sleep very pricey, but as I explained to those with us that complained, I explained it’s always gonna be more at the beach. It literally was like $100 a night property not almost 300"

"Staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good a few options but good. Parking is on street parking, we had no trouble parking on the street for the most part. The only things that I thought were of issue was the water pressure to the shower they use really low pressure shower heads to save water, but they are insanely low pressure. The room we got was small and cute. The pillows or the mattress had a very musty smell that was over powering of old sweat. It was really cute but the...
