"We were expecting a hot tub and there wasn’t one. The room was cold and took a good hour before it got comfortable. The tv was very old and outdated. The remote for the tv didn’t work even after changing the batteries. When I went to take my shower the water was squirting out of the shower head all over the bathroom floor and the tub was filling up because there was a clogged drain and the tub became all slimy. We went to the office and all they did was say we can change your room and the room...

"Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer "
