"Our air conditioning quit working in our room half way through our trip. They did fix it right away. Which was good I pulled the 2 dressers apart and found food and crumbs, it was nasty. Parking for $20 a night was absurd Our TV remote also needed new batteries. Overall I felt like the room needed some more time spent doing a thorough cleaning job. The staff was quick and polite about getting our AC and remote problems solved. Perks, were the breakfast, location, and staff."

"The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is also close to the subway (blue line) so that was very helpful to us as we roamed around the city. Breakfast was good, too. Rooms are not cleaned every day unless you request it. However there are no signs in the room or around the hotel to let you know that you need to let the front desk know that you want your room to be cleaned. Even when we requested our rooms to be cleaned, they still were not. So we had to go...

"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) until 5:00. So we had to make do with chips from the gift shop until we could place our order at 5:00, which arrived about 5:30 at our room. We were very disappointed in this. Also, the TV...

"I loved to view from our room. The room smelled fresh and pretty. Everything was impeccable. The amenities were fantastic. I love that there was a golf simulator in the Health Club. Staff were amazing and everyone was friendly. The location was great. I didn’t want to leave! Jose, the bellhop was very helpful and informative when he brought our luggage to our room. Housekeeping was amazing as well. We had a wonderful stay in Boston!"
