Room was tighter than expected and would be very hard to accommodate 4 adults (we had 3 of us) with luggage and two queen beds in a small cabin. We did lose hot water on our second morning."

"There was a cleaning rag left in the bathroom. One of the hand towels had dirt on it, like it had not been washed. Beds sit very low and when the people above us walked across the floor it sounded like they were coming thru our ceiling"

"The room was falling apart. The deadbolt did not work because the unit had settled on the foundation and the floor was tilting. The door did not seal so you could see daylight all around the entire door. The bathroom floor was at such a slope it was difficult to stay standing. Very small one person shower. Window ac mounted in the wall had a hard time cooling the room. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor."

"When we went to check in the front desk attendant was arguing with someone that had stayed there earlier that day. The next customer in line had issues with their reservation and he got very argumentative with them as well. He was not very friendly. Room smelled bad. The one good thing was the air conditioner did an excellent job of cooling the room."
