"GREAT STAFF. GREAT LOCATION. NEARBY RESTAURANTS. GOOD SAFE PARKING."

"Housekeeping was poor. I asked for room to be cleaned and the only thing they did was replace the towels was not vacuumed or bathroom cleaned. Also, every evening when we returned back to our room, there were bags of laundry on the floor in the hallway and dirty towels needs to work on housekeeping."

"Location"

"Great location whilst visiting Boston for a short trip, convenient for the airport and easy to access the silver line to get into Boston and beyond. We had a room with water view. Hotel breakfast can get busy due to proximity to cruise port!"

"It was our first vacation in Boston, and it was incredible. This was one of the best hotels in the United States I've ever stayed at. We had a wonderful time there. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our suite was really spacious and offered a breathtaking view. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime."

"Breakfast was great, location was great!"

"Love the continental breakfast. Loved the cleanliness"

"Very nice hotel!!! We stayed only one night before our flight home. I don't think I would have done our entire 5 nights in Boston there since the public transportation is so much easier across the bay in the city center. Shuttle to airport was excellent."

"The room was pretty small but it is just the studio. I didn’t really like how the bathroom is just open to the room and also the shower door isnt fully closed off so the floor gets wet when u shower. There is also no desk/chair if you want to do some work but the lobby does have a lot of areas to work and stuff so it balances it out. Other than that it’s in a great location right next to the silver line which is 2 stops away from south station/the red line. Cocorico also being in the lobby was...

"The location was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. BUT- there is no coffee maker! Not fun having to go down to get coffee from the restaurant to take back to the room."

"This hotel was great, Anavel and her staff are amazing. The breakfast was great. The rooms were so clean and modern and the coffee in the room was so convenient"

"Having a live band playing at that open area next to the hotel made it a bit noisy in the room but thankfully they stopped at 10pm. Also was not expecting to self-park down the block for a $50/day plus the second day self-parking machine didn’t work and I had no choice but to Valet park for $54/day."

"Lovely staff and hotel!"

"Amazing hotel and Kenny at Saucety restaurant is the best waiter in the world! You must ask for him when you go!"
