"The common areas and gym were super clean, but seeing trash left out in the hallways all night was a letdown. It’s a nice spot, but they definitely need to stay on top of the hallway cleanup better."

"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "

"The guy was mean never buy a hotel here, he trying to steal my 60 dollars. He telling me to give the hotel a positive review so I get my money back this is crazy. The guy has no ethics and he do anything to get money from you. Terrible business he was trying to charge me an extra 20 dollars to bring a guest. This was by far the worst experience I ever had! "

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult...

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."

"family vacation during Easter long weekend; the hotel was very busy but 1 out of the 2 elevators were shut off on care maintenance which caused a lot of inconvenience; floor and elevator was spilled with juice and no staff cared to attend; didn't know the housekeeping policy is every other day which made a family stay not too ideal (for the price we paid)."

"Great hotel for a great price! Close enough to everything downtown and they offer a shuttle service to near by hot spots and the airport which was a huge bonus! Staff were quick and helpful! Breakfast cafe was convenient and delicious and the bar in the evening was always great! Also cannot go wrong with the Double Tree warm cookies!"

"From the moment we arrived we knew we made the right decision. The property is beautiful and the staff are professional and friendly. Two minor issues were the water spot on the bathroom sinks were too short for the size of the sink, making it hard to use without making a mess (wide designs such things and knows). "Movirs next door was great"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and their communication felt unprofessional, especially during checkout. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my son’s 3rd birthday, but there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple “happy birthday.” It felt like we were completely overlooked, which was upsetting given the occasion. Overall, this was one of the least welcoming Hilton experiences I’ve had."

"Walking distance to nearby Convention Center. Not alot of foot traffic, especially evenings/late nights, but area felt safe. Great full kitchen. Quick cabride to/from airport, so beware drivers taking the long way to run up the fare."
