"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

"Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night)."

"My boyfriend had got bitten by bed bugs. When brought to the staffs attention they moved our room and said they’d be in contact the next day with what they found. When nobody reached out about it we called the phone number online which then they told us that the hotel switched our room so they were no longer going to refund us. "The kitchen staff during breakfast was horrific. Everytime we were there, the staff forgot our order and had to be reminded. Delays were upwards of 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes the order was not prepared correctly. I asked for sunny side up eggs, and got scrambled. Sometimes the food looked like warmed up leftovers. And on Sunday, there was a hair on my food. I retuned it because that was the final straw. Conversely, the dinner staff did a fabulous job preparing fresh, hot food. It was slow, but...

"This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). "If I could afford to stay here all year round, it’s the only place I would stay! This is a hidden gem, every thing was clean, beautiful and perfect! Great views and amenities, amazing location. Staff were great, parking was a breeze. We were there in April and it was very quiet which was nice. "This was the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. It was modern; the breakfast was good, and the gym was nice and spacious. The pool was small for a hotel that size. My room had a water view and I enjoyed seeing the cruise ships. There is a bike rental across the street and I rode it to Pleasure Bay Beach, which was a real highlight of my visit."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"We felt safe. But there is a lot of extra instructions that made the stay difficult. I was hung up on , upon arrival when I asked about email for entry to suburban loft property. I'm grateful and I wanted to be treated with more respect and kindness. I Love Boston!"
