It's hard to beat the beauty that is Saracen Bay, Koh Rong Sanleom's white water beach. The island is a perfect place to relax for a few days - no wifi and some hostels have limited electricity. It's not a party island but it sure is paradise.

This is one of those places where I wish I could post 10 photos instead of just 1, but in words... This place is magical. There are NO people here.... It's only a few hour ride on a boat from Sihanoukville, first you'll stop at Koh Rong, Then ask how you get to Saracen Beach on Samloem. Enjoy!
P.S Walk all over the island! you won't be disappointed.

Most people and resorts are in Saracen Bay. You can take a walk to the other side of the island to Lazy Beach. It is a small resort with a private beach and a fantastic place to spend a afternoon. Offcourse you can also sleep there in one of the beach front bungalows. The pier is a nice one to shoot pictures of!

I like exploring #abandoned buildings, but was a little surprised to find that the #lighthouse on Koh Rong Sanloem, #Cambodia 🇰🇭 isn’t really abandoned. The only resident is one old soldier, charging people a dollar to climb the tower. The view is worth a dollar, though.
