"A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee."

First they gave us a key to a room someone was already occupying, however it was due to booking through a third party so (not necessarily the staff fault), then the top latch on the door in our second room did not work, the room wasn’t cleaned appropriately/ trash still in the ice bucket and the bathroom was a little gross as well as some other small things, and lastly the toilet broke twice and...

"rooms are very dated, this place either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or given a major overhaul. no clock in room, which maybe normal these days. Staff was nice enough. pool actually looked nice, wouldn't even consider getting in the sauna there were used towels laying all over the place.
