"Parking was good, the hotel looked updated but some items looked half done. The beds were low but I didn't have any issues falling asleep on them. The pool color did not look right. Wasn't planning on swimming in it but just noticed the color."

"Old Orchard Beach Inn is a cool place to stay. The history and antique style of the property is charming. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was that we could hear everyone in the rooms around and above us. We concluded it was due to the age of the building and the wood floors."

"Superb location. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown to avoid all the parking hassle there. Staff is out of this world and the breakfast, we want to go back just for that!!!"

"Nice bed, decent shower. But everything else was mediocre for the price. No tissues was a bummer. Staff not friendly. Felt like a shady place, locked my doors and still had nightmares. Continental breakfast was a bowl of a few bananas and apples, some cereal and coffee. Noise outside room all night. Wasn’t a very comfortable experience. I’ve traveled a lot, been all over the US, so this wasn’t my first time. For the price it was NOT good."

"We enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The staff were helpful at checkin and that’s about all the interaction we had. I liked the location was a bit further away from the hub of Old Orchard Beach."

"The room smells. Idk from what but I asked them for cleaning supplies so I can disinfect, even those really stink. Should use Clorox or Lysol. Staff are nice and helpful but the rooms need a LOOOT of improvement- greatly odor wise."
