"This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)"

"This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time here. The one thing they do great here is the food! From the breakfast, to the BBQ lunch and even the buffet dinner. It’s all done to a high standard. The staff are super helpful, polite and professional. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which is a good location within the hotel. The only downside is the AC was very weak and the room didn’t cool down as much as I would’ve liked. You also hear the other residents next door quite a bit. But...

"Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich nicht verstehen, warum die Unterkunft solch gute Bewertungen bekommt. Prinzipiell haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Pools mit der Poolbar sind in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich. Zwischen den Terrassenplatten wächst vielfach Unkraut. Das könnte man durchaus mal entfernen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Am Schlimmsten war die Küche in unserer Wohnung. Wahrscheinlich Erstausstattung von vor 50 Jahren. Uralte Geräte, weder Geschirrspüler,...

"Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches.
