"The Property is neat, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the evening we arrived the heat had been off for several hours and the Unit was far too cold to stay. It appears there had been a power outage at some point and the heating unit did not restart. It took several tries over half an hour to get the heating unit up and running - we did have TM support from the property manager during that time. "First impression was less than perfect. The code box to press the entry numbers is poorly lit. Took me several tries to input. Stairs to unit are a bit rickety and the grab rail to the left going up is in need of repair. It nearly broke when I leaned on it to help me go up and is even worse trying to go down.
