"The motel is very easy to find and the parking is plentiful for the number of rooms. I loved that I could park right across from my door and not have to do any steps. I travel with well behaved (show) dogs and the motel was very welcoming. The room was larger than I expected and it was nice to have the little dinette table to sit at instead of having to lounge on the very comfortable bed. It was warm inside when I first arrived but the A/C cooled it quickly. I'd love to go back next time...

"As a frequent guest at this property, I am always well satisfied. Since my last stay, there is a new owner & manager. Upon arriving, I immediately saw improvements both in the lobby & my guest room. As usual, my accommodations were extremely clean. The fridge, microwave, & coffee maker are appreciated amenities.The staff are very kind, & hospitable, treating you as if you're at a 5 Star property. "Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

"The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again .
