Probably one of the best vrbos we have ever booked. The place is awesome and was better than advertised, I just wish I would’ve brought my pirogue!

My partner and I visited for four nights after two nights in New Orleans. This was just the quiet Louisiana bayou country escape we needed. The cabin was spotless and well stocked. Honestly, the listing and photos undersold this place. It was spectacular! We enjoyed our wildlife sightings: two small gators, baby raccoons, and lots of other critters. The outside surroundings on the swamp/bayou were just beautiful. The location was great being a short drive to a few towns but far enough away from the world for some real peace and quiet. Also want to note that the air conditioner worked incredibly well given the very hot weather. We’re already going to plan our next visit here.
