"Staff was phenomenal - Wanda at the front desk was amazing! Room was pretty clean and rooftop was very cool. Location was perfect. Very disappointed by the breakfast. Lots of offerings but fruit was gross and bruised. Bananas almost seemed like they had been frozen and thawed? Gym was very small which is fine, but very dirty. The one yoga mat they had was old and thin, when I wiped it the wipe was brown.... Clearly never cleaned or replaced. Then one of the elevators was broken the whole...

"The hotel and our room were basically clean I was disappointed by the shortage of breakfast items by 9 am. The oatmeal was empty with water sitting in the pot. There were no more yogurts and only a couple of small muffins left. I was surprised none of these were replenished. On the plus side there was a woman working in the dining area cleaning tables and the food serving areas. Also the scrambled eggs were very good."

"It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. The staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed like you were bothering them. While the property was updated, everything just seemed a little grungy. Our shower drain was backed up so it would fill up with water when you took a shower. I overheard another woman tell the staff that her door handle was broken and the shampoo and conditioner was empty. So overall, it wasn't bad but just wasn't one of the best hotels I've been at."
