"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de l’île, à 3 minutes du ferry et à 1 minute de la cathédrale. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, dispose de toutes les commodités. J’ai été ravi de mon séjour et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Personnel extrêmement sympathique et communication hyper efficace."

"We found out on arrival that the place we’d booked had had a sewage issue so our host had scrambled to find us somewhere else. While we really appreciated that effort and the fact she met us at the ferry so late, the new place wasn’t great. No wifi, no nearby parking and very dusty. We were told it was available for one less day then we’d booked so we said we’d leave a day early rather than her having to find us somewhere else which worked out fine but meant we paid for accommodation for that...

"We LOVED this apartment! Probably my best VRBO stay ever!The apartment was just as advertised — and better. It had old world charm and the breeze off the Adriatic was awesome.
