I think the pre-check in process is not useful, did not help me save anytime at the physical check in, its very slow. I entered all my info and uploaded my DL unnecessarily in their portal. TV did not work during my stay, front desk suggested plug out plug in , use HDMI1 etc., that did not help either. ...
