"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"

"The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working "

"The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. "The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. "

To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...
