Great location and helpful bilingual staff. Shops nearby -Carrefours for food etc. Restaurants next door and across the street. Has a garage for parking. Great place to stay-only minutes from town center."

"The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was...
