"It was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Excellent location, just a block away from a subway station. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is this little cozy restaurant with very good food. The room was small but the bathroom was impeccable. Everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The air conditioning worked great. The pillows were nice and fluffy. "We loved the feel and ambiance of the hotel. We felt very safe having to use our keycard to go to our floor via the elevator. The staff was always friendly and kind and our room was always clean. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient it was to food, coffee, and Central Park."

"Tolle Lage, 150 m zur U-Bahn. Zimmer-Upgrade angeboten bekommen, das wir genutzt haben. Die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch möbliert, was ich charmant fand, der Mann und die Kinder hätten es lieber etwas moderner gehabt. Sehr sauber, angenehmer, zuvorkommender Service. "

"We stayed in a ‘gold’ room that had been renovated. There was new carpet, tv had lots of channels, and it quiet inside the hotel. There was some street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. The air conditioning was fine! It was a block from Amsterdam Street and a few blocks from Central Park."

"Die Steckdosen im Bad funktionierten nicht und das Rollo ließ sich nicht bewegen, aber man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und alles repariert. Das kann passieren undan hat ja gleich Abhilfe geschafft. Die Umgebung ist zentral am Timesquare und somit an dem öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz, sämtlichen Diners und Restaurants, Shops und dem pulsierenden Leben. Deshalb gibt es kein besseres Hotel nach meiner Meinung, weil das Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis stimmt."
